Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom. Delivery costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay. Items in a single order may be dispatched separately, so they can arrive in separate parcels and on different days. You will receive tracking information where the carrier provides it.

Returns and Cancellations

Under UK consumer law you generally have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving your goods. To return an item, please contact us first so that we can tell you where to send it. Items should be returned unused, in their original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale, and you are responsible for taking reasonable care of them until they reach us. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item. The cost of returning goods is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photograph. You have legal rights to a repair, replacement or refund in these cases, and we will put things right.

Nothing on this page affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
